The Mexico Cup Regatta 2012 will be held in Riviera Nayarit from March 2-18, 2012. The event is expected to set the standard for sailing competitions, generating important outcomes for tourism along the Mexican coast. Admiral Mariano Francisco Saynez began the media presentation by stressing how important the promotion of nautical and maritime activities are to showcase the potential of Mexican water sports. The regatta will also help appreciate the resources the coast of Mexico provides the country.
